"Great job with hair and beard, very personable, no wait at 3:30 on a weekday. I appreciated the double towels."

"Very cool stylists. Wish they would have Cricket games shown on their TVs too :)"

"Ericka is the best. She understands my hair, even though I am bald. But I do have a glorious beard and she styles it like no other. She understands."

"I usually keep a shaved head. For some reason I let it grow back and now it was time for a high and tight. A free coupon in my mailbox led me to sport clips. Ive seen the commercials on tv: wide screen tvs with sports blaring and georgeous airheads cutting your hair. My wait was only ten mins and the stylist went over the pricing chart quickly. I tuned into Sportscenter on the 13 inch screens (hmm). The military cut was finished in five mins (perfectly). Next came the shampoo and scalp massage with steamed towel. Not bad at all. Last, a short shoulder and back massage. I was very pleased with my cut and with a five dollar tip, my haircut was well, five dollars. Not excited about the tvs but stylists were very nice and very easy on the eyes."

"Okay, okay so this is long over due since my fiance has been in here so many times he's finally finished one of those cards, so he's had at this point at least 8 or 9 haircuts by now. This is my advice, so take it because this is why my fiance goes back. 1. Go to Mary!! She's seriously the ish! She's kind, thoughtful, thorough and make his hair look good. I don't even have to sit in there anymore because I completely trust her with my fiance's hair. As long as she is cutting it, I can get a pedicure next door and know it's okay. 2. Refer friends to get free haircuts and do those promotion thingies on the recipes, because it only helps you save money, and it ends up being a just a tad bit more expensive then Great Clips with all the added bonuses. 3. Call ahead and make sure Mary is working, and wait if you have to if she is working. 4. If it seems wrong or you're nervous about something, ASK! Don't sit there like a bump on a log, because she would rather get it right then it be wrong and you go out upset. She will either tell you that she's not quite finished yet and/or she will make it right. The best thing is to be clear so she knows exactly what you want and she knows what to avoid. The one thing I hate about this place is that it doesn't take appointments so it is really first come first serve. It's a company wide thing not a specific store thing. We've waited 2 minutes and we've waited no longer than 20, but still it would be so much easier to book Mary every time instead of me having to call. Oh and the store is being renovated with bigger televisions and such so stayed tuned! :) Don't forget to tell Mary, Greg B sent you. If she doesn't remember, tell her that Greg is the one with the picky, ASIAN fiance. She'll remember! :)"

"If you're getting your haircut and if you're a guy, this is the place to go. I've had my hair cut by just about everyone who works here, and they're all great - unlike some of those places where you get in the chair and hope they know what they're doing. For the extra $5 or so, get the MVP upgrade. They put you in a massage chair, wash your hair, give you a scalp massage - all this while you enjoy a hot towel on your face. Then it's a quick shoulder massage and you're out the door feeling much more refreshed (and significantly less itchy) than if you'd left after the haircut portion ended. Ask for Mary if she's in, but only if I'm not waiting in line behind you."

"Good place to get a haircut with a few nice extras. So far, my experiences have been mixed, yet positive. My first time was fantastic. Absolutely love the cheap upgrade to a massage and shampoo. The chairs themselves vibrate while they wash your hair, which means you can temporarily just relax out. Plus after the wash, you can still go about your day without itching. My second time was the same for most of it, but she wasn't quite as good as the first. She pulled my hair a lot and pressed the clipper guard pretty hard where it kept scraping me or generally was uncomfortable. She was definitely going for speed, and it showed in the comfort. Still, it was a decent haircut. If anything, she didn't respect the spot in my hair that likes to stand up if it's cut too short, even though I'd mentioned it did that. Not a big deal, but I'll be a lot more specific about it in the future."
